• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Disciplinary action from your school resulting from unauthorized recording
• Academic sanctions, suspension, or expulsion related to recording violations
• Legal action by professors or institutions regarding recorded content
• Misuse of recordings by you or others you share them with

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Koala.ai to:

• Record lectures without proper authorization from your professor/institution
• Violate any recording consent laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of professors or institutions
• Share or distribute recorded lectures without explicit permission
• Use the service for commercial purposes

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any notes, flashcards, and study materials you create. By using Koala.ai, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

Koala.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards, quizzes, and study materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated study materials against official course materials and your professor's guidance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KOALA.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DISCIPLINARY ACTION, ACADEMIC CONSEQUENCES, LOSS OF ACADEMIC STANDING, OR LEGAL ACTION RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koala.ai from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
